DESKTOP BORNE PENDULET in white marble and chased and gilt b - Lot 230
DESKTOP BORNE PENDULET in white marble and chased and gilt bronze decorated with floral scrolls, bows and foliage. It is surmounted by an antique fire pot with two handles (missing and damaged). The circular white enameled dial features Roman and Arabic numerals underlined by festoons of flower garlands. The round bezel is adorned with rhinestones. It stands on four ormolu feet supporting a quadrangular marble base decorated with an openwork vine frieze. Hand-wound mechanical movement (with key) (non-functional) Late 19th century Height: 23 cm (some chips on the marble, accidents and missing parts)
