Pair of covered green marble cassolettes decorated with putti supporting the vase. The vases are decorated with applied friezes of women dressed in the Antique style, the handles with lion heads surmounted by ram's horns. The bases are decorated with applied eagles with outstretched wings. Slight ornamentation of gilded and chased bronzes. Empire period - Early 19th century Height: 41 cm each (Accidents, missing marble frieze under a dancer's foot and restorations on one of the lids)
